As I read this verse in Malachi, I am reminded of the beauty of community. God himself has designed us for fellowship with one another. Life is truly better together.
However, for community to be fully experienced, we are to be fully committed to one another in all seasons of life. Paul gives us as believers this charge in Galatians 6:2 when he compels us to “bear one another’s burdens.” This can be one of the hardest things for us to endure as believers, but it is so so worth it.
Even when we as individuals fall short; God’s faithfulness does not. May we be encouraged and challenged today, to be faithful to one another as we pursue Jesus!
