I was lost in the ways of the world and lacked freedom from the chains of sin. I was broken, but my story didn’t end there. God being gracious in love, offered me the free gift of life through His Son Jesus. My brokenness was healed by the Lord’s merciful hands, and I was made new in Christ.
Now, I walk in freedom because I’ve been saved from the wages of sin. These verses display the mighty power Jesus holds. His sacrifice on the cross tore down walls in order that we could be in a relationship with God, and His resurrection gave us the power over death. Though our earthly life gives way to troubles, the narrow path to the Father is filled with immeasurable joy and peace. These verses encourage us to walk in the newness of Christ because, through Him, we experience God’s unconditional love and unwavering hope.
