Everything we have has been given to us by God, and we are called to give in the same way that He gives to us. God gives generously, and He expects nothing in return. We deserve nothing, yet He gives us everything. When we fully understand that what we have doesn’t belong to us, it’s much easier to give.
God, we recognize today that everything we have comes from you. Thank you for giving to us so generously. Help us to give in the same way that you give. In Jesus’ name, amen.
