One thing I know about me is I like to be in control. Whether it’s at home, work, or anywhere else I’m always most comfortable when I feel as if I’m the one in the driver’s seat. However, God has revealed to me time and time again how little I actually have control of. Especially here in the craziness that has been 2020. I find peace that even in chaos God is in control. He has a plan, and that plan is that through every circumstance and season, we draw closer to Him and in turn look more like Jesus. Choose today to embrace the fact that you aren’t in control. God is. He always has been and always will be. I pray that today you find rest and peace in knowing that there is never a time when He is not in control. God’s got this, even when you feel like you don’t.
