“For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.”
2 Corinthians 5:14-15

We’re so often tempted to choose the comfort and pleasures of this world. Created spirit, soul and body, our flesh continually attempts to take the lead in making decisions for us. But just as the love of Christ called us to salvation, His love leads and compels us to live for Him. What a gift that keeps on giving! God’s love woos and invites us into His eternal kingdom work, which is so much more satisfying than the things of the world.  In those times where we’re tempted to let fear, pride, judgment, etc. be our guide, Holy Spirit tells us that He has a more excellent way. Lord give us eyes to see and ears to hear where you’re leading us. And give us the discipline and courage and to go there.
