The greatest example of love is laying down one’s life for a friend. And that’s what Jesus did for each one of us! He gave up His life so that we could experience the fullness of LIFE (both here on earth and in Heaven!) Oftentimes I allow my performance, my accomplishments, my goals, or even my failures to interfere with receiving the love of God. BUT solely because of His LOVE and MERCY am I able to experience NEW LIFE! As we each face our own schedules, struggles, brokenness, and wounds, may we pause to reflect on the gift of God’s mercy.
