"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youth grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40:29-31
"You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8

Whenever I attempt to do something on my own, not being led by the Holy Spirit, I am limited to my ability to get it done. However, when I am seeking God and His kingdom, following the leading of His Spirit, I observe what He is doing and I see His unlimited supremacy. There are countless times that I don’t do anything and I become a witness of His mighty strength accomplishing feats that I thought impossible. Other times He leads me to do or say something that seems insignificant and I am amazed at the effect it yields. The authority and influence I have, by trusting and waiting on Him, is exponentially greater than anything I can experience on my own. I pray that the Lord will give me the wisdom and understanding that enables me to wait patiently and observe His activity when I am functioning in my limited strength.
