We all have a plethora of activities that make up our day…work, errands, doctor visits, school, the list goes on and on. While I’d love to say that I’m as intentional as Paul when I’m “out there”, the truth is sometimes I don’t even want to be seen. There are days I head out excitedly watching for God-encounters and others where I just want to pick up my lettuce, bread, toilet paper and get back home. For this introvert, the key to desiring to connect with others, and being intentional in sharing and reflecting Jesus is the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. I’m most willing and alert to opportunities when I invite His presence and purpose to join me before I ever leave the house.
“When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.”
1 Corinthians 9:22-23
