God ends the Great Commission with a promise. Not that it’ll all work out, or that I’ll communicate clearly and effectively, or that I’ll even have the answers to every question thrown my way. No…His promise is that He’ll be with me…always. The results? Circumstances? Reactions? Lord, please remind me I’m Your laborer, on Your mission, to Your harvest. It’s all in Your hands.
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
His promise is that He’ll be with me…always.
