God is light. There is no darkness in Him. Absolutely none. I am amazed that the God of light wants to commune with someone like myself who struggles with the darkness of this world. Today, I choose to walk in the light as He is in the light. I am thankful for what Jesus did on the cross. I am thankful that my sin is paid in full. It is finished! Father, I pray that your light would illuminate every area of my life today. Help me, Holy Spirit, to walk in your light today.
"This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin."
