This past summer, our family had one word that we were learning and practicing. HARMONY. With a house full of young kids, living in harmony is hard sometimes. We practiced how to live in peace, with joy, and do the right thing. We still have a long ways to go, but when we choose to live this way, it pleases and honors God! The world around us often pulls us in other directions, distracts us with busyness, or places priority on things that are not God’s priorities. It’s my hope that as we participate in kingdom culture, our priorities would reflect those of Christ.
"For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, 18 because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and receives human approval."
