"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?"
Matthew 6:25-27
"When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.”
Luke 12:11-12

When I am experiencing uninterrupted fellowship with the Lord, I am free from pain. His peace and joy enable me to see clearly and have the strength I need to endure and overcome adversity. During grief, anguish, and suffering, He provides a solace that allows me to be still and focus on His righteousness which works miracles and wonders that transform my way of observing situations. Problems dissipate because I trust Him to guide me to the solution. If I don’t know the answer, I rely on the Lord; the One who has all knowledge. If I need to know, I am confident He will reveal it to me. Otherwise, I keep enjoying the Lord as we commune together and I witness His power at work within and around me.
