“Those who know Your name trust in You, for You, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek You.”
Psalm 9:10
“One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek Him in His temple.”
Psalm 27:4

My highest priority is to seek the Kingdom of God and honor Him in everything I do. The things that hide Him from me are of my own making. The desires I have in my heart that arise out of my self-centeredness become the barriers that stand between Him and me. One by one He is revealing them to me and as I surrender them to Him, I experience another level of freedom that had been foreign to me. It is becoming easier and less stressful as I learn more about His Kingdom and His ways. They are higher than mine but I am discovering that they are reachable as He removes those obstacles that have darkened my heart for so many years. I am so grateful that the awareness of His presence, in every situation, brings with it the peace and joy of His kingdom as I trust Him and quit leaning on my own understanding. I am so grateful that He called me into His Kingdom and made me a part of His family.
