Jesus asked that we be a living sacrifice to God by giving ourselves fully over to Him. To come under submission to His will and His way. To daily pick up the cross and follow Him. Within this sacrifice, we find the greatest gift of all: intimacy with Jesus.
God, help us to worship you with our lives. Help us to die to ourselves daily. Thank you for the gift of the cross. In Jesus’ name, amen.
