For many years I viewed success as the setting of a goal and working hard at the process of achieving it. It works most of the time but if my objectives are not consistent with God and His ways, the empty feeling I have in the accomplishment requires that I have to set new goals. The thing that has changed for me is the realization that Jesus has already achieved for me everything I need and my success is based on what He has accomplished. My purpose and objective now are to live each moment in His presence in complete surrender to whatever He wants for me. By viewing the events, circumstances and situations that happen around me as opportunities to bear His fruit, everything becomes an adventure. My prayer is that I will be progressively more consistent in living my life God’s way.
