God has given me numerous gifts through Jesus Christ and there is nothing I can do to earn any of them. My part is to simply believe Him and accept them by faith, but I can’t even do that without Him giving me the faith I need to accept each one. The awareness of His presence and desire I have to abide in Christ comes to me in the form of a gift for which I am eternally grateful. Now, no matter what is happening, just being mindful of His presence gives me a sense of peace and joy which are more gifts that come from Him. The way that Jesus taught me to pray is another powerful gift He has provided for which I am also thankful. As I meditate on His provisions, my heart is overflowing with joy and I am continually strengthened to keep seeking a deeper and more intimate relationship with Him. He is truly awesome.
