The Lord’s faithfulness is what keeps me secure in the midst of every form of adversity.
I have no control over the assault of negativity but I can choose where I put my trust and the only thing that works for me is abiding in Christ. He is the One I look to as my example to follow because He was resolute in His surrender to do God’s will, no matter what He had to sacrifice to do it.
His honesty and integrity in every situation He faced was because of the confidence He had in His Heavenly Father.
I want to have that same dependence in His trustworthiness that Jesus demonstrated in His life.
I pray that God will help me remember that He is always there for me, no matter what is happening in my life situation.
