God’s faithfulness is unwavering. If there is anything that I realized from this past year, it’s finding out how much of an extrovert I truly am. This discovery has brought a new appreciation for the gathering of believers that takes place, both formally and informally. God has created us for fellowship, for accountability, ultimately for relationship. To neglect being in relationship with other Christ-followers and gathering in worship is neglecting a piece of our being that God has intricately created. May we be reminded of the importance of gathering together to dive into the goodness of God’s word, to encourage one another, and to spur one another on away from a life of sin.
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Hebrews 10:23-25
