6.25.20 Update

Hey Cypress Creek Church family,

Good news! We will resume in person gatherings this coming Sunday, June 28!

From the beginning of this pandemic, we have said that our Sunday gatherings are essential! The Overseers made the decision not to meet last week per the recommendation of local medical professionals after being aware of potential exposure to staff and service team members. Moving forward, the Overseers, in concert with local medical professionals, added a safety measure for all of those who choose to serve on Sunday morning. Starting this week, service teams (worship team, greeters, ushers, tech team) will begin serving in rotations to diminish the possibility of exposure.

As we already know, flexibility is a must during these times, and so we will continue to take a week-to-week approach moving forward. Thank you for remaining flexible during this season! Remember, the choice is yours. I want you to do whatever is best for you and your family. Whether that’s to stay home and tune in to the live stream, or to gather in person. If you choose to gather in person please know that the same guidelines remain: we will continue to meet outside, remain physically distant and we recommend, but not require, everyone wear a mask. If you have any questions whatsoever please let me know, I am here for you.

I love you and I am praying for you,

Pastor Jose
