What to Expect

JOGs are typically hosted over an evening and a morning, but can also be formatted for a one-day timeframe. Here’s a sample schedule for a 2-day JOG: 

Day 1

  • 2:00 PM – Session 1
  • 3:45 PM – Break
  • 4:00 PM – Session 2
  • 5:30 PM – Dinner
  • 7:00 PM – Session 3

Day 2

  • 8:00 AM – Breakfast
  • 8:30 AM – Session 4
  • 10:00 AM – Break
  • 10:15 AM – Session 5
  • 11:45 AM – Close
